We takes online security very seriously and we appreciate the trust placed in us by all of our customers when giving us their personal and payment card details.

We have exemplary security procedures which aim to be as near impenetrable as existing technology will permit. To ensure this, we have implemented a number of measures to guarantee our site and your details are as secure as possible. And these are continually reviewed and updated to take into account emerging threats.

To start, we have selected Sage Pay to handle our online card payments which means that you are covered by their secure server during our checkout process prior to entering your card details. Sage Pay use SSL (128 bit) advanced encryption to ensure that the card information you enter cannot be intercepted as it passes from your PC to them.

The SSL certificate we have ensures complete peace of mind and security. Some websites only limit this security to their shopping cart pages and basket, but we have this on every single page of our website, including the homepage. You will see a green lock and green coloured 'https' at the start of the URL on every page of our website. This means that you're secured when browsing our entire website, as well as when checking out and inputting your card details.

We do not see or store your credit card details anywhere on our systems. Sage Pay handle that part of the transaction completely for your absolute peace of mind.

Additionally, all payments made via Visa and MasterCard are fully 3D secure. We have implemented 3D secure to make your shopping safer. 3D Secure is a culmination of Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard Secure Code (MSC). 3D Secure is the latest fraud prevention initiative launched by the card schemes as a more secure method for authenticating the shopper at the time of the transaction by asking for a password which you would have previously set up to complete the transaction.
