Boiling water tap with flexible pull out hose

The Flex is a boiling water tap, equipped with a flexible pull out hose for hot, cold and filtered cold water. This makes it very easy to rinse and clean at any point in the sink. It can also do cold filtered water or cold filtered and sparkling water. You can also buy the optional scale control to reduce scale build up and is recommended in hard water areas.

What Makes The Flex Unique?

  • Pull out hose for hot and cold water. The Flex can never dispense boiling water when the pull out hose is extended. This makes the tap 100% safe to use
  • The ideal tool for a clean kitchen. Tea leaves, the membrane from orange segments, grains of sand: Whatever might be stuck to your sink, you can use the pull out hose to rinse everything down the drain

FAQ's

Q: What is the daily energy consumption

  • When on standby, a Quooker costs 3p pence a day to run

Q: Can Quooker be installed in any kitchen?

  • Quookers can be fitted into new kitchens and also retrofitted into existing ones. To install a Quooker, all that is required is space for the tank, a 13 amp power socket, access to waste pipe and a cold water supply underneath the work surface within 500mm. A minimum incoming cold water pressure of 2 bar is required.
  • Space requirements: The Quooker PRO3 tank requires 400mm of height space and is 150mm in diameter. The Quooker PRO3E tank requires 450mm of height space and is 150mm in diameter. The Quooker PRO7 and Combi 2.2 tanks require 470mm of height space and are 200mm in diameter. The Quooker PRO7E and Combi 2.2E tanks require 520mm of height space and are 200mm in diameter.

Q: Does Quooker provide filtered cold water?

  • The Cold Water Filter has been designed to allow you to quickly switch from tap water to cold filtered water. Any new Fusion or Flex will now be able to supply cold filtered water via a single push and turn which when engaged will light the tap ring blue. The water passes through an activated-carbon filter which ensures the water tastes and smells better.
  • With the new CUBE, you can now also dispense sparkling and chilled water from the Quooker tap.

 Q: What is the warranty?

  • 2 year warranty but this warranty will not cover damage due to limescale build up.

Q: Can you install for me?

  • Yes we can arrange installation through Quooker, for a fee. Please get in touch with us on 020 8993 5475 to discuss costs.

Q: What tank do I need?

  • The PRO3 tank gives 3 litres of boiling water and is suitable for pretty much all homes. The PRO7 gives 7 litres of boiling water and is more for heavy usage areas like commercial. The COMBI tank is if you do not have a hot water feed or have poor hot water pressure.

Q: How quick do the tanks replenish the boiling water?

  • All tanks replenish as soon as you've used the tap. But as an example, from empty, the PRO3 will take around 8-10 mins to replenish, and the PRO7 around 15-20mins to replenish

Q: Where do I order filters from?

  • A: You can order these with Quooker directly or you can call us on 020 8993 5475 to order these.

Q: Does the lever on the tap go backwards as I have splashback that is close to the tap?

  • Good news! The lever only goes forward. You pull the lever out to turn on, then water starts off cold and as you move the lever forward towards you, the water goes to hot.
