Helo Aroma System & Essences

Add an extra dimension to your steam experience with a Helo aroma system. This automatic dosing system pumps a small amount of Helo's rich essence into the steam line, creating a heavenly aroma to invigorate or relax according to your choice of essence. The system is easy to install and is powered by the steam generator.

Helo essences are made from a blend of natural essential oils. Just like expensive perfume, each essence is created with a top note, heart note and base note, so unlike synthetic mono-fragrances, Helo aromas develop slowly, change constantly, fill the room and last. A small 3 litre bottle will be enough for approx 100 steam baths.

Before ordering, please note that currently, we only deliver to the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders from outside of these areas.

Orders to remote areas, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Northern Scotland and the Isles can take longer and this information is stated on the checkout page once the delivery postcode has been input. If, for any reason, the delivery time is longer than stated, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the revised delivery time.

Delivery Cost - This can also be found just below the cost price of this item. The cost shown is for delivery to the mainland UK only. Orders to remote areas, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Northern Scotland and the Isles will incur additional costs. These costs are automatically calculated at the checkout page, once you have entered in your delivery destination.

Although we strive to make your buying time with us a thoroughly pleasing experience, we understand that sometimes, products need to be refunded or exchanged. Below, we have outlined the steps that you need to carry out in order to ensure you have a quick and hassle free return with us.

• To ensure you are eligible for a complete refund, please ensure you inform us of your intentions within 14 days of delivery. 
• Returns can only be accepted if returned in their original packaging and condition, within 28 days of the date shown on your Invoice/Order Confirmation email.
• As per the terms & conditions, please note, there is a 25% restocking charge that is applicable to all returned goods not usually stocked by us, unless they prove to be faulty. We also do not offer refunds for special order or bespoke items returned for a reason other that it them being faulty. We will list this information on the individual product pages.
• In order to return an item, simply email us at info@bathroomOne.co.uk, quoting your order number, reason for returning and total number of items to be returned and we will send you return instructions.

• Please ensure that the items are packaged carefully and thoroughly and please use a reputable courier company to ensure that your items arrive back to us safely and in one piece.
• Once we receive the returned item(s) they will be inspected and tested. If it is an item that you received in faulty condition, we will refund you the full amount and send out a replacement as soon as possible. If you are returning the item for any other reason, you will be refunded (excluding postage costs to return the item), provided it is still in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
