Delivery & Returns

Delivery Time & General Information


Currently, we only deliver to the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders from outside of these areas.

Delivery times for goods is stated on each product page and can vary but they will usually be delivered in 3-5 working days, however, due to circumstances beyond our control, delivery could take longer. If this is the case, we will notify you immediately to inform you of this. No money will be taken from your account until new delivery times have been confirmed and accepted. Some areas including Northern Scotland, the Isles, and Ireland may have a slightly longer delivery time for all pottery, baths and bathroom furniture. For special order and bespoke items, delivery could be up to 12 weeks. 

Any items delivered via third party couriers MUST be opened and checked thoroughly by the customer for damages before signing to accept delivery. If a parcel has been signed for by a neighbour, we must be notified of damages within 48 hours. 

Delivery Cost

The prices displayed at the bottom of this page are delivery charges to the mainland UK only. Please be aware that orders from outside the mainland UK (Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Isles, Highlands and offshore Scotland, Grampian, and the Channel Islands) incur higher postage costs than those listed below. For these, postage costs will automatically be calculated once you have selected and input your delivery postcode at the checkout page.

For products where delivery is free, it is free for mainland UK orders only, however, products we offer free Mainland UK delivery service on are not always applicable to certain areas of Scotland. We will notify you if this is the case.

Where delivery isn't indicated as being free, delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the product and total shipment. The following table displays our delivery charges based on this:

  • 0kg  FREE (0kg against a product means we offer free shipping for that item)
  • 0.1 – 5kg  £6.00 (usually items such as taps and flush plates)
  • 6 – 10kg  £12.00 (usually items such as mirrors or shower trays)
  • 11 – 30kg  £25.00 (usually items such as basins)
  • 31 – 50kg  £42.00 (usually items such as baths)
  • 51kg +  £60.00 (usually big orders comprising a mix of the items above)


Although we strive to make your buying time with us a thoroughly pleasing experience, we understand that sometimes, products need to be refunded or exchanged. Below, we have outlined the steps that you need to carry out in order to ensure you have a quick and hassle free return with us.

  • To ensure you are eligible for a complete refund, please ensure you inform us of your intentions within 14 days of delivery. Returns can only be accepted if returned in their original packaging and condition, within 28 days of the date shown on your Invoice/Order Confirmation email.
  • As per the terms & conditions, please note, there is a 25% restocking charge that is applicable to all returned goods not usually stocked by us, unless they prove to be faulty. We do not offer refunds for special order or bespoke items returned for a reason other than it being faulty. We will list this information on the individual product pages.
  • In order to return an item, simply email us at info@bathroomOne.co.uk, quoting your order number, reason for returning and total number of items to be returned and we will send you return instructions.
  • Please send this back to us at our correspondence address which is: bathroomOne – Returns Department, 14-16 Churchfield Road, London, W3 6EG
  • Please ensure that the items are packaged carefully and thoroughly and please use a reputable courier company to ensure that your items arrive back to us safely and in one piece.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s), they will be inspected and tested. If it is an item that you received in faulty condition, we will refund you the full amount or send you a working replacement, should you still require it. If you are returning the item for any other reason, you will be refunded (excluding postage costs to return the item), provided it is still in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
