Although we strive to make your buying time with us a thoroughly pleasing experience, we understand that sometimes, products need to be refunded or exchanged. Below, we have outlined the steps that you need to carry out in order to ensure you have a quick and hassle free return with us.

• To ensure you are eligible for a complete refund, please ensure you inform us of your intentions within 14 days of delivery. 
• Returns can only be accepted if returned in their original packaging and condition, within 28 days of the date shown on your Invoice/Order Confirmation email.
• As per the terms & conditions, please note, there is a 20% restocking charge that is applicable to all returned goods not usually stocked by us, unless they prove to be faulty. We also do not offer refunds for special order or bespoke items returned for a reason other that it them being faulty. We will list this information on the individual product pages.
• In order to return an item, simply email us at info@bathroomOne.co.uk, quoting your order number, reason for returning and total number of items to be returned and we will send you return instructions.

• Please ensure that the items are packaged carefully and thoroughly and please use a reputable courier company to ensure that your items arrive back to us safely and in one piece.
• Once we receive the returned item(s) they will be inspected and tested. If it is an item that you received in faulty condition, we will refund you the full amount and send out a replacement as soon as possible. If you are returning the item for any other reason, you will be refunded (excluding postage costs to return the item), provided it is still in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
